You copied the same URL twice.
Are we now to take it that you follow Kenneth Hagen and that he justifies you
false understandings?
“The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his
way.” (Psa 37:23)
Did the word "steps" jump out at you? Verifying Steps?
The very first paragraph in what he wrote says that one should follow the Word
and God. He never stipulated that you must follow what he wrote, by rote, for a
guaranteed success and the only way of receiving anything from God. The whole
principle of what he was speaking was not the 4 steps of theosis as written by
an Orthodox monk, not was it a specific order of things one must follow as in
the Ladder to Theosis of the Orthodox. He did point out to those than need it
some of the things in ones thinking that might need clarification and
understanding. For those that lack understanding and are weak in the Faith.
Now, the important thing. It matters not the person, whether it by Him or
myself, you or your false religion, it matters what is written in Scripture as
well as what God speaks to ones heart, after being vetted by the scripture.
Jesus said very clearly, "I am the way, the truth and the Life, no man comes
unto the Father but by me." Have you a bone to pick with that?
Post by unknown2:26"For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is
dead also..
Yes, the works of Faith, not the works of men. Many men have spent great wealth
on building a church bldg. Or poverty programs.
“For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his
own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” (Mat 16:26)
Post by unknown1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves,
and the truth is not in us.
1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our
sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
1:10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word
is not in us.
This is not on the continuing sin of believers. If your walk is a walk of sin,
then you are not a believer. That you think that you can walk both sides of the
street at the same time, is not of God, but satan.
“But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one
with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all
sin.” (1Jn 1:7)
Is that a step? Or a way of life ordained for the believer?
Post by unknownPost by RobertYou follow all your religious rules, you think you have the ways of
righteousness locked down. You do all the steps laid out for you, but then
you see this truth below.
But now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil.
Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is
sin. (Jas 4:16-17)
OOPS! Sin gotcha again!
Now if you follow the way of theosis, you just reset your TODO list back
to
Post by Robertthe first step.
If you erred, you sinned. So when you boast that you are without sin, Sin
GOTCHA!
Hypocrite.
