If you go to church on Sunday, do you only see one person there? Do you see
Jesus and the Father in Church? Or Only the Father, or Jesus? Did you ever
bother to parse that scripture?

4. John 1:18 "No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who
is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made
him known."

[seen] Greek: horao (G3708), like our English seen, means to see with the
eyes and also see with the mind. That it means here to comprehend fully or
understand is clear from the fact that many men have seen God with the eyes
(Gen 18:2, Gen 18:33; Gen 32:24-30; Exo 24:10; Exo 33:11; Jos 5:13; Isa
6:1-13; Eze 1:26-28; Dan 7:9-14; Dan 10:5-6; Act 7:56-59; Rev 4:2-5; Rev
5:1-7). The verse could read, "No man has ever comprehended or experienced
God at any time in all His fulness, save the only begotten Son . . . . He
hath declared Him." That Christ is the first to experience God in the
fullness of the Holy Spirit is clear from Joh 3:34; Act 10:38; Isa 11:1-2;
Isa 61:1-2; Luk 4:16-18. (FD)

5. Colossians 2:9-10 "For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells
bodily. and in Christ you have been brought to fullness. He is the head
over every power and authority."

complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:” (Col
2:9-10, KJV)

V11-15 speak to that fullness dwelling in the spirit of a born again man.
IOW'a being one in him.

"Are complete" is plēroō, the verbal form of our word plērōma. It is a
participle in the perfect tense. Literally it is, "And you are in Him, having
been filled full, with the present result that you are in a state of
fulness." Paul says in Eph 3:19, "In order that you may be filled with all
the fulness of God." Vincent says; "Not, ye are made full in Him, butye are
in Him, made full. In Him dwells the fulness; being in Him, ye are filled."
Lightfoot says; "Being fulfilled with a direct reference to the preceding
plērōma; ’your fulness comes from His fulness; His plērōma (fulness) is
transfused into you by virtue of your incorporation in Him.’ . . . Hence
also the Church, as ideally regarded, is called the plērōma (fulness) of
Christ because all His graces and energies are communicated to her." We must
be careful to note that the fulness of God communicated to the saints does
not consist of the divine essence which is alone possessed by Deity, but of
such qualities as holiness, righteousness, and the like, as in Eph 3:19.
Expositors says; "What Paul means is that in Christ they find the
satisfaction of every spiritual want. It therefore follows of itself that
they do not need the angelic powers. That Christ is the Head of every
principality and power is a further reason why they should not seek to them.
All they need they have in Christ."

Translation: And you are in Him, having been completely filled full, with the
present result that you are in a state of fulness, in Him who is the Head of
every principality and authority.

Thank you for the very scriptures who support Unity in the Godhead, and unity
of Christ in us, and we in him. Being the we that has been Born Again and
spirit filled. Romans 8:9-10

Jesus claimed to be God verses

He was and is God, all of scripture bears that out.

I sniped out the supporting verses as any Believer should know them well.

“I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with
the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him
near before him. And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom,
that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an
everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which
shall not be destroyed.” (Dan 7:13-14, KJV)

[came to the Ancient of days] If He comes to the Ancient of days, then He is
not the Ancient of days. If they bring Him (the Son of man) near before Him
(the Ancient of days), then it is confirmed twice in one scripture that these
are two separate Persons, each having His own personal body, soul, and
spirit.

Likewise there are these verses that clearly spell out the makeup of the
Godhead.

There are plenty of other scriptures that support this teaching of Jesus.

Even in this real world there is evidence of men being "one"

In sports there are teams of people who play to win, as one. In someone is
only concerned about their personal status and fame over all the others, then
there is no unity. And many times in Football the quarterback is so Good a
player that the team is very proud to play and support him as their leader
that the defend him well and proudly, yet they do so as one.

Jesus likewise supports his Father and seeks to Glorify the Father. And at
the end of time, Jesus hands back to the Father all that the Heavenly Father
has bestowed him with, that "the Father might be all in all."

1Co 15:24-28 (KJV)

24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God,
even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and
power.

25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.

26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.

27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things
are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all
things under him.

28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also
himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be
all in all.

IOW's the Bible is truth, and Jesus never prayed to himself. Nor do I, though
I be one in Him who has saved me as well as all my Brothers in Christ.

Yes, when people try to distinguish or separate God into just a Father
and a Son, they simply do not understand. They are trying to make one
higher than the other, and in heaven no such 'caste system' exists.

Worship is not the form of worship like it is on the fallen earth; a
respecter of persons.  Worship is merely an acceptance of role.  Like
man is the glory of God, and women is the glory of the man.  Referring
to the latter if you find that hard to understand, my wife, I glory in,
I sit back and behold, for God is the Painter, man is the paint, but she
is the painting.

A woman puts on makeup because "inherently" she knows she is the
painting.  I just asked my wife if she would like to be paint, and me be
the painting, and she said, "Nah" and laughed.  The thing is I have no
desire to be the painting but are content to be the paint...and then
suddenly thought about mowing the lawn.  :-).

Nothing like here on earth, of course, because prideful fallen men and
women want to be the painter, paint, and the painting.

Or, again, think of the rich man and the poor man at the gate having his
wounds licked by the dogs.  On earth, that is the case.  Now, imagine an
alternate scenario, the rich man being God.  What would be the poor
man's fate be then?  That's right, because with God there is no
hierarchy, only love.

God is not a respecter of persons; He is humble and meek and wonderful,
but He is not a fool, so one ought not to f%&k Him around.

LOOK AT THE CONTEXT.
Actually the Jews were upset when they thought they heard Jesus say he
knew Abraham. Jesus' response shows that is what Jesus was talking
about. He was not claiming to be God, but rather that he existed even
before Abraham. And a good Bible translation should show that:

(John 8:58) Jesus said to them: “Most truly I say to you, before
Abraham came into existence, I have been.” (NWT)

Also, JESUS COULD NOT BE GOD. God always lived, but Jesus died:

(Psalm 90:2) Before the mountains were born Or you brought forth the
earth and the productive land, From everlasting to everlasting, you
are God.

Jesus on the other hand was not "from everlasting: He was the first of
God's creations:

(Colossians 1:15) He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn
of all creation;

John 8:58  Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before
Abraham was, I am.
If you don't know that, you don't know God.
Period.

LOOK AT THE CONTEXT.

Yeah, you don't know God. That is why you still whore.

God does not die, and why is that?

He rules death, but He subjected Himself to it for a time for our sake.

You JWs, and all the others, are just whores trying to justify yourselves.

Better for you to be publicans beating your chests.

Actually the Jews were upset when they thought they heard Jesus say he
knew Abraham. Jesus' response shows that is what Jesus was talking
about. He was not claiming to be God, but rather that he existed even
(John 8:58) Jesus said to them: “Most truly I say to you, before
Abraham came into existence, I have been.” (NWT)
(Psalm 90:2) Before the mountains were born Or you brought forth the
earth and the productive land, From everlasting to everlasting, you
are God.
Jesus on the other hand was not "from everlasting: He was the first of
(Colossians 1:15) He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn
of all creation;
Then Jesus died for 3 days. He didn't resurrect himself, but God did.
