Bethlehem is in the Palestinian West Bank, which has been
under
Israeli occupation since 1967. It is encircled by a wall
erected
by
Israel in 2002. All entrances and exits are controlled by
armed
Israeli soldiers. Israeli forces regularly invade the area,
beating
and abducting residents. Israeli forces sometimes kill them,
including
prominent Palestinian-American journalist Shireen Abu-Akleh,
from a
Christian family from Bethlehem. Due to the influence of the
Israel
lobby, U.S. taxpayers give Israel over $10 million per day.
The
churches shown at the end of the video are the Church of the
Nativity
and Christmas Lutheran Church in Bethlehem. Runtime: 1:53
mins.
Bethlehem is controlled by the Palestinians.
Bullshit is just part of Young's nature.
LOL. As it was for Matthew and Luke. They made asses of
themselves
(and contradicted each other) with their idiotic contortions to
have
Jesus born there.
(Which, btw, they wouldn't need to have done if it hadn't been
common
knowledge that he was from Nazareth. If they were making him up,
they
just would've said he was from
Bethlehem.)
He had that shitty Nazarene accent.
LOL. Yes, no doubt.

Matthew* makes an ass of himself again in verse 2:23.

,"... that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophets, He
shall be called a Nazarene."

Problem is that no such prophecy exists outside of Matthew's
imagination.

*actually nobody really knows who wrote any of the gospels. Certainly
not Matthew, Mark, Luke, or John.

Mat 2:23 (AMPC)

23 He went and dwelt in a town called Nazareth, so that what was spoken
through the prophets might be fulfilled: He shall be called a Nazarene
[Branch, Separated One]. [Isa 11:1]

Isa 11:1 (AMPC)

1 AND THERE shall come forth a Shoot out of the stock of Jesse [David's
father], and a Branch out of his roots shall growand bear fruit. [Isa 4:2;
Mat 2:23; Rev 5:5; Rev 22:16]

Isaiah 1 Prophecies about Jesus and described what his rule over all the
earth will be like when he comes back to rule for 1K years. Isaiah speaks a
lot about the Christ to come.

You better fine the Nobody that you speak of and see what he says as to whom
the authors are, don't be keeping us all in the dark, K?

LOL. I admit that of all the explanations I've read, I like that one
the best. But it doesn't work because it's just silly word play. It
would be like saying they went to Cleveland because the prophecy
predicted that he'd cleave to righteousness.

Just as there's no relationship between cleave and Cleveland, so is
there none between netzer (branch) and Nazareth.

Yes, I'd like to find him myself because it would rock to know who
wrote the gospels. Unfortunately, though, nobody knows. Not yet,
anyway.
