Seems like "Critical Theory" has been around for a very, very, very,
very, long time, doesn't it???!!!

It is so surprising that you can write one thing and they see another. Anyone
who knows scripture knows that the antichrist will not be revealed until the
time of the tribulation. Yet the spirit of the antichrist has been working in
this world and through some people since the time of Paul.

So to make an analogy for the sake if the guy who posted above. There is this
to ponder.

A man in whom the spirit of God dwells, he is NOT made God. Yet should bear
his attributes.

A man in whom the spirit of the antichrist operates, is not The antichrist,
yet nears his thoughts and feelings toward God and especially the people of
God, or the people of Gods promises.

Whatever "our theology" is supposed to mean to him, who knows, but that would
describe a religious organization, one of mans thinking and rationalizing.
Scripture opposes that.

Yes, but then it is too late to change your mind. The scripture is from God
to give us a heads up.

“Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling
and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:†(2Pe
1:10, KJV)

This verse is to the individual reader. How important is it? Here is the full
context of the reasoning of that verse.

2Pe 1:3-11 (KJV)

3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things thatpertain
unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to
glory and virtue:

4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by
these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the
corruption that is in the world through lust.

5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to
virtue knowledge;

6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience
godliness;

7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.

8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall
neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

9 But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and
hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.

10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and
election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:

11 For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the
everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Verse 11 is the fulness of that understanding. To find the truth of this
after everything comes out in the wash is too late. And what we are in the
end is what we ever shall be. For this reason Jesus said we should be His
witnesses. HIS, not the theology of men, nor even of ones own personal
thoughts.

For this reason Paul taught Christ and Him crucified for our sins, that we
can be free according to His Word and not that of. Corrupted mens
understandings.

Rod, this is meant for everybody and not focused on anyone in particular. I
just had to say what was on my heart and your statement, while I understood
it, I thought it needed to be addressed in general.

The side benefit of all of this is that we can live in peace now, and do not
have to wait. We can enjoy the Lord and His many benefits now, as our eternal
life begins once we are born of God into His Kingdom. It is the spiritual
upside for our future so that when the time comes we pass alive from this
kingdom into His kingdom.

Many plan for their death with their mortician, and prepare for the eventual
in order to relieve ones heirs of having to do it at the time of their grief.
This brings a certain amount of peace to the situation for them. But we need
to die in peace having made our election sure.
