I have never found it to contradict itself.
The truth has always been about truth. Whether there were 3 wise men,
or 2 wise men, or 10 wise men, or even wise at all, it doesn't matter.
The point is why did they come?
Did Saul see something and not hear anything, or did Saul/Paul hear
something and not see anything, it doesn't matter. The Lord contacted
him. The point is why?
You see, men are ***imperfect***, and they will translate, convolute,
transform anything into anything, but the overarching truth is hard to
manipulate. Jesus came, He left His indelible mark that will never be
removed. The point is why? The minutia is just entanglement and you'll
find that in anything.
For instance, if I was in the Indy 500, would I be concerned whether the
car in front of me is a black or a grey colour? I can be, but what
would be the point? And the point is what the bible is all about.
